Advantages
Strength
Aluminum oxide ceramics have high strength compared to other ceramic materials. It has the same strength as metallic materials but is 50% lighter, thus reducing the weight of the equipment by half.
Wear resistance
AI203 ceramics are highly wear-resistant and can withstand heavy mechanical loads. Resistance to chemicals such as acids, alkalis and salts makes aluminum oxide ceramics an ideal material for chemical applications.
Heat resistance
Application temperature: up to 1000 °C depending on application, fastening method and geometry.

Mounting mats
The use of mats reduces the time required to apply protective coatings tenfold and preserves the appearance of the working side by protecting it with a film during installation
Mounting mats (mats) consist of small mosaic tiles, glued onto acetate silk or PVC mounting film.
Standard mats have dimensions: 500x500 mm and consist of of square tiles20x20x5+1 mm. Standard thickness: 5+1 mm.
Mounting mats are applied on a special epoxy-based adhesive CeraFix EPO. CeraFix EPO epoxy adhesive.
It is possible to produce mats with different types of elements on request.
