Siberian Lining Company has started the production and supply of sand nozzles for all types of hydrocyclones. Our nozzles are manufactured in accordance with the Customer's drawings and have a high service life and wear resistance.
The inner part of the nozzle is a monolithic ceramic insert based on silicon carbide ceramics (SIC), which provides high wear resistance and durability. The outer casing of the nozzle is made of high-quality fiberglass, which makes it durable, lightweight and technologically advanced.
Our sand nozzles have a number of advantages over rubber and polyurethane nozzles. They increase the service life of spare parts by 2-3 times, while the price is significantly lower than imported analogues and not much higher than the cost of these materials.
