What is the cost of your equipment?
There is no standard price list for products. The cost of finished products and services is calculated individually and according to the Customer's technical specifications.
How do I place an order?

Where is your production located?
The production is geographically located in Novosibirsk, Svyazistov str., 12B. Anyone (on request) can come to us personally, and we will be happy to conduct an excursion.
How can we be sure of the quality of our products?
At each stage of production, there is the most stringent/continuous control. Before the start of production of the equipment, the stage of approval of drawings takes place. If desired, at any stage of manufacture, the Customer can come to the workshop to coordinate the intermediate stages of manufacture.
Can you do the work on the Customer's premises?
The size of the warehouses allows you to keep stocks of products for a specific company. Subject to frequent deliveries to the company and agreements fixed on paper.
Do you have your own design department?
Our company has its own staff of designers, each of whom is a true professional, proven by many years of experience.
What is the best lining – ceramic or rubber?
The choice of lining material depends on the equipment and the place of its application. You can get more detailed information about which lining is suitable for your equipment by sending a request to our sales department.
What are the production deadlines?
The production time depends on the type of product, volume and production plan. You can get the exact terms by requesting a commercial offer from the sales department.
What is the best material to cover the drums with?
The choice of material depends on the location of the drums: in the mine or on the surface. We carry out lining with rubber ceramics (removable / non-removable), ceramics, rubber.
What kind of glue do you use for lining?
CeraFix EPO glue of its own production is a universal 2–component epoxy-based adhesive with a complex mineral filler (TU2252-001-10400883-2016 ).
Are there certificates for your products?
Our products do not need certification. Nevertheless, we have a certificate for each type of product. After the expiration of the certificates, we go through the checks and receive updated versions, which you can see on our website in the "certificates" section, as well as get a complete list upon request from the sales department.
What types of linings do you make?
The following types of linings are used in our production: rubber-ceramic, ceramic, rubber, bimetallic and composite coatings. Upon request and technical specification of the customer, we select the most suitable lining for his equipment.
Who is your product suitable for?
We work with processing plants, chemical industry enterprises, coal terminals, processing plants, ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy enterprises, construction materials production plants, mining enterprises, cement plants, machine-building enterprises.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery in the Novosibirsk region and neighboring regions by the company's own transport, and in the Russian Federation and abroad we use the services of transport companies.
Is there a warranty for your equipment?
Yes, there is a guarantee. We have an individual warranty period for each product, which you can find out from our sales department.
Can you manufacture the equipment according to the drawings on a turnkey basis?
Yes, the design department carefully processes the Customer's drawings (if any), makes adjustments and, after approval, our production starts manufacturing equipment. If there are no drawings or there are questions / nuances about the equipment, the design department can go to the Customer's facility, take measurements and analyze important manufacturing points.
Can you keep products in your warehouse specifically for the company?
Yes, we can. If the equipment is not field-based, then we first go to the Customer's territory to analyze and familiarize ourselves with the equipment, and in fact make a decision on the possibility of work. It is discussed individually.
